Dr. Allison Wills Serrano

Dr. Serrano completed her medical education and clinical training at National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois. She also holds a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from South Baylo University, and interned at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is a California licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Board Certified Acupuncturist and a Certified Nutrition Specialist®. Before moving to Monterey, Dr. Wills Serrano was in private practice in Newport Beach, California and on staff at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine through the Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Health.
As a doctor trained in Naturopathic, Eastern and Functional Medicine, in addition to Western Medicine, Dr. Serrano incorporates her breadth of knowledge to help her patients reach optimal health. Dr. Allison Serrano creates customized treatment plans for each patient, incorporating a variety of effective integrative and natural therapies such as nutrition, Functional Medicine Testing, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Western and Chinese Herbal Medicine, acupuncture, IV Nutrient therapy, and natural hormone balancing.
She is a member of the Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, The Menopause Society, California Naturopathic Doctors Association, and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher. Dr. Allison Serrano lives in Pacific Grove with her husband and son. In her free time, she loves to run, hike around beautiful Monterey and Carmel, and spend time with her family.

Front Desk
Kalie is our caring and knowledgeable Naturopathic Medical Assistant at Monterey Natural Wellness. She helps patients feel welcome from their first call to their in-office visit — managing our front desk, coordinating care, and ensuring every appointment runs smoothly.
You’ll likely speak with Kalie on the phone when scheduling, and you may also meet her in the treatment room, where she administers B12 injections, NAD⁺ shots, and other vitamin injections that support energy, mood, and whole-body wellness.
With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Health and Wellness focus) from Cal State University Monterey Bay, Kalie brings a deep passion for natural and holistic medicine. She loves helping patients feel balanced, empowered, and cared for throughout their wellness journey. When she’s not at Monterey Natural Wellness, you’ll find her at Crush Cycling in Seaside, practicing Pilates, and spending time with her four cats..
